Good business is based on good relationships. We understand that hospitality affects how people feel about doing business with the sponsoring company. A good impression could influence a reputation and help a business grow. So trusting a caterer with an important event can be a daunting experience, especially to those who have never worked with a caterer before.
When you partner with Catering by George we listen to your vision for the event and help you work through the details. Just taking orders isn’t enough. Working with a team who will make good recommendations and have the company’s best interest in mind is important to the success of your event and your peace of mind! Sample menus? Right here.
To start the planning and proposal process here’s a quick checklist to consider:
Event description – what is the occasion, who are the guests, how many will be invited, when will they arrive
Priorities – what is most important to the company and where should your dollars be spent (food, beverage, décor, entertainment, etc)
Expectations – what are the goals for the event?
Menu Selection and Type of Service – do you have a menu in mind or should we make recommendations. Will it be a plated meal, buffet or cocktail reception?
